PagerDuty recently introduced a reporting component as part of its billing project, addressing a specific customer demand for detailed billing information. This feature offers users a comprehensive view of all alerts sent in a month, detailing recipients, methods of contact, and the triggers for each alert, resembling a "phone bill" style report. These reports are designed to help organizations choose suitable pricing plans and assist some customers in billing internal departments for out-of-hour service requests. Additionally, PagerDuty is considering adding a feature to download these reports in CSV format based on customer interest and feedback.
