PagerDuty.org's Impact Accelerator program is supporting tech-forward organizations with grant funding, product credits, technical support, and storytelling to enhance their community impact over the next 12 months. Participants include accesSOS, which aims to expand its accessible emergency response system to 25 languages and cover over 8 million people; Nexleaf Analytics, which is scaling automated power outage alerts in health facilities across several countries to improve medical equipment management; SIRUM, redistributing surplus medication to uninsured patients and expanding into high-value medications; Trek Medics International, which is enhancing its emergency response platform and aiming for financial sustainability; and Youth ALIVE!, which is using technology to reduce youth street violence and improve intervention outcomes. Each organization will utilize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to automate and prioritize critical tasks, ensuring resources are focused on maximizing their community impact.
