PagerDuty.org has announced the third cohort of its Impact Accelerator program, which supports nine crisis helpline and crisis response organizations globally in improving time-critical health outcomes. The program focuses on leveraging technology to enhance the digital infrastructure of these organizations, enabling them to provide timely and effective support during mental health and personal safety crises. The support includes general operating funding, access to the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, product credits, technical pro bono assistance, and impact storytelling. Among the organizations benefiting from this initiative are Crisis Text Line, Empower Work, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, SameSame Collective, Tech Matters, Trek Medics International, The Trevor Project, Turn.io, and Youth ALIVE!, each of which uses technology to address various aspects of crisis response, from mental health support to emergency services and equitable healthcare access. These organizations will utilize PagerDuty's resources to automate tasks, optimize operations, and expand their reach, ultimately aiming to enhance their community impact and service efficiency.
