The Infrahub Marketplace Makes Schemas Easier to Explore and Reuse

Infrahub Marketplace is a public catalog of reviewed, versioned YAML schemas and compatible schema collections that help users explore, adopt, and extend infrastructure data models for domains such as devices, IP addressing, BGP, QoS, and security management. It enables teams to preview models in a browser, download or load them through the Infrahub SDK, manage dependencies, and use published examples as references for AI-assisted schema design. OpsMill validates every published schema and regularly tests collections against a live Infrahub instance to ensure they remain installable. Built as an AI-driven development experiment, the standalone product used a spec-driven workflow, structured planning and testing stages, principles emphasizing simplicity and accessibility, human UX design judgment, and extensive automated CI checks. After being tested publicly at AutoCon 5, the Marketplace received feedback that users value seeing practical peer models and beginning with working schemas rather than blank files, guiding its continued development.
