Astra in Codex was used to develop “Solace,” an editable 3D family home that evolved from a brief for a minimalist, cinematic house into a detailed Blender scene with a U-shaped floor plan, furnished rooms, landscaped courtyard, forest setting, realistic materials, warmer lighting, and modeled everyday objects. The process relied on iterative rendering and inspection to refine architecture, geometry, furnishings, shading, camera composition, and a 30-second Cycles-rendered camera tour, while noting that the concept would still require professional architectural and construction review. An export pipeline also transferred the Blender model to Unreal Engine 5, translating geometry, materials, lighting, scale, and scene structure into a first-person interactive walkthrough with collision, operable doors and drawers, lights, and an espresso machine. Matching Blender and Unreal storyboards enabled comparison between the offline Cycles renders and real-time Lumen captures. The account also describes similar AI-assisted, editable 3D workflows for a Dyson-sphere solar-system scene, a detailed science-fiction spacecraft, and a Giverny-inspired garden, emphasizing the use of previews and feedback to progressively refine scenes from broad concepts to close-up details.
