Python & JavaScript Libraries

The initial versions of the Ollama Python and JavaScript libraries have been released, enabling integration with Ollama through minimal code, and offering features akin to the Ollama REST API. These libraries allow developers to leverage Ollama's full capabilities, including features like streaming, multi-modal interactions, and text completion, as well as creating custom models. The Python and JavaScript libraries are part of a broader community effort, with additional support for languages like Dart, Swift, C#, Java, PHP, and Rust, all hosted under the new Ollama GitHub organization. The community is encouraged to contribute by adding or improving libraries, with special acknowledgment given to contributors like Saul, the original author of ollama-js, for enhancing Ollama's accessibility across various programming platforms.
