Task log UI improvements

Octopus has introduced a series of enhancements to its deployment log, aiming to improve user experience and performance, particularly for handling large logs. The updates include a modern visual design and Intelligent Log Rendering, which highlights significant events within extensive logs, aiding users in identifying critical issues without downloading the entire log file. The new system displays the first 20 and last 50 lines of a log by default, with placeholders to load additional sections as needed, while performance improvements ensure the interface remains responsive even with logs containing hundreds of thousands of lines. Additional features include line numbering, the ability to link directly to specific log lines, and improved copy-and-paste functionality that excludes line numbers for cleaner output. These changes are designed to streamline the process of debugging deployment issues and are available on Octopus Cloud and in the next LTS release of Octopus Server.
