Octopus May Release 3.13

The latest release of Octopus Deploy introduces several new features and enhancements, including support for Azure Service Fabric, HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), optional lifecycle phases, and improved browser caching. The update allows for seamless deployment of Azure Service Fabric applications with new step templates, while HSTS can be enabled to enhance security by ensuring communications are conducted over HTTPS. Optional lifecycle phases provide flexibility by allowing certain phases to be skipped during deployment, catering to dynamic release pipelines. Performance improvements through browser caching reduce server load by storing responses for data-intensive operations until new events occur. Additionally, users can now modify task states post-completion, given the appropriate permissions, and utilize channel-indexed version-template variables for better version management across different release channels.
