Octopus 2.0 RC

Paul Stovell announced the release of Octopus Deploy 2.0.5.933, known as the Octopus Deploy 2.0 Release Candidate (RC), highlighting significant bug fixes and the addition of a migration tool to import data from Octopus 1.6. The release is deemed ready for production despite potential edge case bugs, as it addresses many issues found in the previous version. The documentation has been extensively updated and is now hosted on Confluence, enhancing user accessibility and experience. The OctopusDeploy.com website has also been revamped, with Braintree replacing FastSpring for processing orders, and users are encouraged to report any issues encountered on the site. The team plans to finalize the remaining tasks in January to transition from RC to RTW status, aiming for an official release of Octopus 2.0 by late January.
