Summary

Nylas has launched Scheduler support for Agent Accounts, enabling each account to host a booking page tied to its own calendar and mailbox, whether it represents an AI agent, employee, technician, room, piece of equipment, or other resource. Scheduler reads availability from the account calendar, writes confirmed bookings back to it, sends calendar invitations to external Google or Microsoft users, and automatically reflects RSVPs, reschedules, and cancellations. Developers can create scheduling configurations using an Agent Account grant, embed the resulting booking flow in an application or distribute a Nylas-hosted link, and receive booking-created webhooks for immediate automation. Because booking links, calendar events, and email replies belong to the same account, agents can manage scheduling conversations and updates in a unified thread. Suggested uses include support escalation, sales meetings, resource reservations, recruiting panels, and multi-attendee scheduling, with the feature available to all Nylas applications and included in the free tier for Agent Accounts.
