This transition resulted in a significant reduction in CI pipeline times from 45 minutes to an average of 6 minutes and improved their ability to manage hundreds of projects within a single, structured workspace, ultimately enabling faster feature shipping and enhanced scalability. The collaboration with the Nx Developer Productivity Engineers played a crucial role in fine-tuning their setup, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability to future challenges.
