New ngrok Global Network Domains coming soon

The upcoming release of ngrok Global Network domains will provide faster speeds and a smoother experience for users accessing applications through the platform, with traffic automatically routing to the nearest available region on the network. The new domains include `ngrok.dev`, `ngrok.app` for paid users, and free alternatives like `ngrok-free.dev` and `ngrok-free.app`. Existing users will still have access to the current "ngrok.io" domain until it is migrated over to serving traffic through the Global Network at a later date.
