Fighting Abuse on the ngrok Platform

The ngrok platform, which allows developers to connect anything to the internet securely, has been targeted by malicious actors who use it for spamming, spoofing, and phishing attacks. To combat this, ngrok has implemented an interstitial page that prompts users accessing HTTPS endpoints through a browser to acknowledge the site is being served by ngrok, aiming to prevent bad actors from using the platform to host phishing attacks. This change should not impact users serving APIs or accessing ngrok endpoints programmatically, and ngrok's goal is to be a responsible internet citizen by limiting nefarious activity on its platform.
