ngrok Network Traffic Inspector is now Generally Available with replay and additional retention

The tool also supports users of the ngrok Agent SDK by integrating traffic visibility into the dashboard, regardless of the agent used, and allows for more advanced filtering and integration with cloud edges and endpoints in future updates.
