Summary

New Relic Infrastructure 360 is an advanced observability layer for platform engineers, SREs, and developers that combines multi-cloud resource discovery, dependency mapping, and configuration-change tracking to help diagnose outages and reduce mean time to resolution. Built on New Relic’s unified platform data model, it extends baseline infrastructure monitoring with progressive diagnostic capabilities, including health and alert context, topology and blast-radius visualization across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, gateways, load balancers, and microservices, and property-level comparisons through its Configuration Explorer. The product is intended to reduce manual investigation across separate dashboards by correlating infrastructure changes with application performance issues and identifying instrumentation gaps. Its topology and change-context data also supports New Relic Autopilot by providing inputs intended to improve automated root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations. Infrastructure 360 was scheduled to enter public preview on October 13, 2026.
