New Relic and AWS team up to accelerate AI-driven business at re:Invent 2025

New Relic has announced new integrations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance AI capabilities and observability insights for developers, DevOps engineers, and incident responders, facilitating faster AI workflows and reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR). The collaboration, unveiled at AWS re:Invent 2025, integrates New Relic's AI capabilities with AWS AI services, enabling intelligent observability insights to be delivered directly into AWS solutions. This integration aims to eliminate manual toil, optimize operations, and provide a comprehensive understanding of incidents by accessing enterprise data through the Amazon Q index. Additionally, New Relic introduces Security RX Cloud for unified security insights and automated remediation of Infrastructure-as-Code vulnerabilities, offering a comprehensive view of cloud resources and misconfigurations. The new AWS Autodiscovery feature offers a unified solution for correlating infrastructure changes, telemetry, and configuration data, providing service dependency map views for real-time root cause analysis.
