With this move, customers can now view immediate and full context into application availability, transactions, errors, performance, and functionality, as well as connect endpoint outages to underlying applications. The new platform also offers additional features such as entity search, location health charts, default charts with filtering capabilities, in-context data, and associated application status. These enhancements aim to help customers quickly find, communicate, and fix outages and latencies, and improve their overall customer experience.
