Resolve issues faster with in-app collaboration capabilities

New Relic is introducing a new collaboration feature that allows teams to work together more efficiently and resolve issues faster. This feature enables teams to start a conversation on any page in New Relic, including the dashboard, with full context included. The conversations are kept closer to the data, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. The feature also includes a built-in screenshot tool, seamless integration with Slack, and a centralized Discussions page that captures all discussion history. This allows teams to communicate faster, reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR), capture institutional knowledge, and remove informational silos between teams and tools.
