A legacy for inclusion at New Relic from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

We are reminded of Dr. King's book, Where Do We Go from Here, which outlined a plan for the future: "We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today." Our diversity, equity, and inclusion work uses learnings from our past to create a vision for a better New Relic. It's a critical step to make space for underrepresented communities at New Relic, especially in senior-level roles, as diverse voices lead to creating the best product for customers, driving success, and fostering a workplace where everyone belongs and thrives.
