There are many creative ways companies and individuals tell their clients that they will be out of office during the holiday season, with some using humor to make up for the lack of immediate response. Examples include Abner Germanow's reference to a fictional Amish location with poor internet connectivity, Adam Larson's cruise ship Wi-Fi woes, Baxter Denney's robot auto-response, Stevan Arychuk's snowy Canadian getaway, and Paul Sokol's Troy McClure parody. These humorous out-of-office messages add a lighthearted touch to the traditional "out of office" emails that often contain generic responses or simply state that the sender will be unavailable due to vacation or other reasons.
