The event aims to create a stage to spotlight powerful voices in the BIPOC community, support engagement, and uplift each other. It includes sessions such as "Writing Your Own Script" and "Allyship in Action," focusing on advancing psychological safety, allyship, and co-conspirators for change among BIPOC professionals and allies. The event is reserved for BIPOC engineers, developers, and technical practitioners, and takes place virtually on September 15, 2021.
