This recognition is based on customer feedback and ratings from end-user professionals who have purchased, implemented, and used New Relic’s observability platform, which encompasses Telemetry Data Platform, Full-Stack Observability, and Applied Intelligence. Customers praise New Relic for its ease of use, continuous add-ons, and new functionalities, as well as its ability to resolve problems quickly and provide in-depth analysis of server performance.
