DB360 provides a comprehensive database experience by modeling databases as integral entities connected to their dependent services and infrastructure, and it consolidates key diagnostic signals like query details, waits, and locks into a single workflow. This tool aims to streamline the process of detecting and resolving database performance issues, which often span multiple domains, by offering an intuitive interface that allows users to view slow queries, historical stats, and execution plans all in one place. Additionally, it helps teams triage incidents faster by presenting database behavior in the same context used for troubleshooting applications and infrastructure performance, thus reducing the friction of "handoff incidents" among Dev, SRE, and DB teams. DB360 also provides performance, reliability, and cost recommendations, helping teams prioritize impactful changes and proactively address issues in shared database environments.
