To send notifications from New Relic One to Microsoft Teams, users can add an incoming webhook to the channel of their choice and then configure a notification channel in New Relic One with the webhook URL. The notification channel can be customized with a JSON payload that includes details such as account name, condition name, policy name, severity, event state, timestamp, and more. Once set up, alert policies can be assigned to the new notification channel, allowing users to receive alerts directly in Microsoft Teams.
