Announcing the New Relic integration with MongoDB Cloud and Ops Manager

New Relic and MongoDB have collaborated to create a seamless integration that enhances the monitoring of MongoDB data, providing a comprehensive view of application performance across the full stack. This officially supported integration, the first of its kind between the two companies, allows users to monitor MongoDB metrics through New Relic's platform without the need for installations. This integration is designed to help operations teams, developers, and database administrators gain insights into database performance and user experience by offering real-time data analytics and visualization tools. Notably, it incorporates key MongoDB server metrics into New Relic Plugins and Insights, facilitating preemptive issue detection and resolution. The integration also simplifies setup by requiring only the input of New Relic License and Insights Insert Keys into the MongoDB management interfaces. It is currently available in a limited beta phase, with additional support for various programming languages and broader releases planned for the future.
