The certification signifies adherence to the first global standard for AI management systems, addressing ethical challenges, transparency, and continuous learning. Moreover, New Relic has established processes to ensure responsible AI tool use, emphasizing data privacy and risk management, and continues to evolve its AI strategy to meet customer commitments.
