New clarifying questions in Agent Runners

Netlify Agent Runners now let agents ask lightweight clarifying questions before building, helping users refine broad ideas and produce more accurate deployed applications with fewer iterations and credits. Users can answer or skip questions, add their own context, and then review each resulting Deploy Preview while continuing to request changes, with every iteration preserved as a separate preview. Additional updates include faster consecutive runs through warmed infrastructure, a wider selection of open and other models, and private projects by default for new teams, with collaboration supported through Netlify Pro. A new read-only Ask mode enables agents to inspect codebases, databases, and project issues or offer recommendations without changing a project, creating a deployment, or consuming credits for a build.
