Introducing cancelable deploys

Netlify has introduced a new feature allowing users to cancel active builds from the admin UI with a couple of clicks. This feature was requested by users and is intended to prevent frustrated moments when a build fails or runs slowly. The introduction of this feature aims to enhance user experience, provide more control over builds, and welcome feedback and suggestions for further improvements.
