Summary

Neo4j announced updates aimed at helping enterprises apply graph technology to industry-specific AI challenges and scale production deployments. Its new GraphAware Financial Crime Intelligence solution uses predefined graph-based detection rules and an entity-resolved knowledge layer to identify connected fraud patterns across accounts, identities, devices, and organizations, while preserving context and provenance for explainable investigations. To support expanding AI workloads, Neo4j Virtual Graph, currently in preview, provides zero-copy graph capabilities for data that remains in external systems, while AuraDB adds multi-database support, automated API provisioning, and larger configurations with up to 2TB of RAM and 5TB of storage. Neo4j also introduced generally available cross-cluster database replication for Enterprise Edition to improve resilience, with AuraDB support planned, and previewed Neo4j Graph Analytics for self-managed customers to run analytics independently from operational databases.
