OpenTelemetry observability

OpenTelemetry Observability for Nango has been introduced to enhance real-time monitoring and debugging of integrations with external systems, where observability is crucial due to the lack of control over these systems. Nango now offers extensive real-time logging covering 18 log types, powered by ElasticSearch to ensure speed and scalability, along with real-time metrics available directly in the user interface. Future improvements include full-text search and additional insights such as authorization tracking. The OpenTelemetry export feature allows teams to export integration events as traces for deeper performance insights. These enhancements enable users to break down metrics by customer or integration, debug API calls with detailed logs, and track data quality issues, and are accessible on both Nango Cloud and Nango Enterprise Self-Hosted platforms.
