The Court of Justice of the European Union invalidated the use of the European Union - United States Privacy Shield as a legal mechanism for the transfer of personal data between the EU and the US. We have already made updates to our processes following the recent decision by the CJEU and will continue to take steps to further protect customer data in line with best practice and guidance from the relevant data protection authorities.
