The HashiCorp-verified Terraform MongoDB Atlas Provider has reached version 0.4.0, offering expanded support for MongoDB Atlas API resources, including Teams, Auditing, Maintenance Windows, Alert Configuration, Global Cluster Configuration, and Custom Roles. The new release introduces X.509 database authentication and AWS PrivateLink features, as well as improvements to Project IP Whitelist management. With this update, users can now define each IP whitelist entry as its own resource, making it easier to modify entries with minimal impact. The provider is designed to support continuous deployment models and is considered a choice for infrastructure as code services.
