At MongoDB, we have made a deep commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We have set a goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2030 and have already taken immediate action by investing in hiring a Sustainability Manager and developing carbon reduction strategies. We are working with our cloud partners to reduce our indirect emissions and have partnered with them to achieve cleaner energy sources for our customers, including the construction of a new solar plant in Texas. Our technology has also been re-engineered to reduce power consumption, and we are introducing transparency features to help our customers make more sustainable choices. Additionally, we are making changes in our offices and operations to gain momentum towards our larger net-zero goal.
