MongoDB 3.0.6-rc2 has been released as a release candidate, containing only fixes since the previous version 3.0.5, and is now available for testing. This new release addresses several issues including a seg fault on cloneCollection, excessive memory allocation by WiredTiger journal, and a limit to the size of per-session cursor cache. The next stable release 3.0.6 will be a recommended upgrade for all users of version 3.0.
