Stacy Ferranti is the Campus Recruiting and University Relations Manager at MongoDB, where she manages the company's campus recruiting efforts to attract top talent in software engineering and technology. She has a unique background, having studied International Politics before taking a career detour into recruitment, which eventually led her to MongoDB. Stacy credits Eliot Horowitz, MongoDB's co-founder and CTO, with teaching her about databases and helping her learn how to pitch the company to students and developers.
