The countdown to MongoDB World 2019 has begun with just 10 weeks left until the conference takes place in New York City. The event features a hackathon where participants can win $10,000 by building an application using MongoDB. Keynote speakers will include Eliot Horowitz, co-founder and CTO of MongoDB, who will showcase new features and updates to the database. The conference also includes various sessions for developers, operators, architects, and leaders, as well as opportunities to ask experts questions and get constructive feedback. Additionally, there will be hands-on build sessions, coding challenges, games, and maker workshops at the Builder's Fest on the third day of the conference. The event also features social areas where attendees can relax and network, including a lounge for women and trans coders.
