The adoption of MongoDB has also allowed BigTree to improve customer experience through personalized recommendations, with an 18% increase in conversion rates compared to non-personalized experiences. The company plans to continue using MongoDB as it scales further, with future plans including containerization of the databases and sharding the customer database.
