The scholarships support individuals from diverse backgrounds such as African American, Hispanic, LGBTQ, women, low-income, and people with disabilities who may not have access to MongoDB events. Eligible candidates can apply online and receive complimentary admission to the conference, a pre-conference workshop, a certification voucher, and three-month paid MongoDB University courses. The selection process is based on need and impact, with all application information kept confidential until recipients are notified by April 15. MongoDB also invites contributors to support the scholarships through donations when registering for the event.
