The MongoDB Diversity and Innovator Scholarships are designed to create opportunities for under-represented groups in the technology industry, including members of Black, LatinX, women, people with disabilities, low-income backgrounds, and LGBTQ communities. The scholarships provide admission to MongoDB World, a workshop of choice, hotel accommodation outside the tri-state area, lunch with other scholars, speed-mentoring, access to on-demand courses, certification as a MongoDB developer or DBA, and lifelong membership in the online Diversity Scholars community. The Innovator Scholarship specifically targets women who identify as such, offering a free pass to MongoDB World, lunch with fellow recipients, priority seating at a workshop, and access to exclusive networking events. Both scholarships have limited spots available, closing on April 19th for applications and nominations.
