Mike Grayson, Senior MongoDB DBA at PayChex, is the Giant of the Month for March 2016. He has been actively involved in the MongoDB community since 2014 and has received internal awards for his dedication to operationalizing the database. Mike was instrumental in the release of MongoDB 3.2 and participated in Beta Testing for The Encrypted Storage Engine and MongoDB Compass. He is also a member of MongoDB's customer advisory board, providing input into product development. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing video games and supporting his favorite sports teams with his family.
