The company is now using MongoDB Atlas for its Customer 360 initiative, enabling better customer understanding and personalized service offerings. Looking ahead, IFG Life plans to incorporate MongoDB Atlas Vector Search to enhance query similarity and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to handle personally identifiable information securely.
