The leadership transition within MongoDB sees Dev Ittycheria announcing his retirement as CEO, with Chirantan “CJ” Desai set to succeed him, bringing experience from ServiceNow and Cloudflare to continue MongoDB's growth as it capitalizes on the rise of AI and data-intensive applications.
