Modem’s updates introduce advanced topic filtering, team-response indicators, a redesigned topic detail view with improved threading, inline category and issue-type editing, and the ability to promote conversation groups into standalone topics. Agent capabilities now include creating or modifying automations and retaining user-defined memories across conversations. New integrations support importing Intercom conversations, automatically joining Slack channels based on suffix matches, and ingesting messages from custom sources through a public API. Additional improvements include emoji shortcode rendering, corrected company avatars in people tooltips, and an Early Adopter Program that allows owners to access new features sooner.
