Workflows: Automate documentation maintenance

Workflows, currently in beta, is a system designed to automate the maintenance of documentation by utilizing version-controlled Markdown files within repositories, allowing teams to address the issue of documentation becoming outdated due to product changes. This system offers customizable automation, enabling users to define when workflows run, the criteria for action, and the specific tasks to be performed, such as updating changelogs, performing style audits, and tracking translation lags. Each workflow is triggered by events like repository pushes or scheduled cron jobs, and the Mintlify agent, operating within sandboxes, executes the predefined actions, which can include committing changes or opening pull requests for review. By automating these repetitive tasks, workflows help maintain the alignment of documentation with product developments, reduce manual labor, and ensure important updates are consistently applied, thus enhancing documentation quality and reliability. Enterprise teams have the opportunity to try workflows for free during the beta period, with further releases planned for other users.
