Launch Week III Day 1: Themes

Mintlify's Launch Week III Day 1 introduced a new feature that allows users to customize their documentation's styling and layout with themes, responding to a popular request from users. Three initial themes were launched: Quill, which offers a minimalist design; Prism, which adds vibrant gradients; and Venus, tailored for API and SDK-heavy products with a focus on usability. These themes can be easily applied using a single line of code in the `mint.json` file, with further customization options available. This launch marks the beginning of a week-long event where Mintlify will release new features daily.
