Metaplane introduces Partition Monitors to help data teams identify data quality issues in specific segments of their data. This feature allows users to monitor important metadata like row count, nullness, distribution and more for particular segments of a table without writing any code. Partition monitors can be used to monitor raw data or business metrics, helping companies quickly spot anomalies and understand the root cause and downstream impact in seconds. Examples include monitoring row counts for events by product type, leads by marketing channel, order values by product type, sales revenue by region or rep, and conversion rate by marketing channel.
