The process of selecting a hosting region is designed to be straightforward whether setting up a new Metabase or moving an existing one. Metabase Cloud provides benefits such as automatic upgrades, backups, unlimited technical support, and production-grade deployment without the overhead of self-hosting. Each customer is assured isolation with their own container rather than shared clusters. Users can migrate their existing Metabase to the cloud at any time with all data and configurations intact, or they can try the service free for 14 days.
