This API supports a range of ticketing tools like Asana, Jira, FreshDesk, and Zendesk, enabling users to create workflows, communicate within teams, notify members, and maintain compliance through ticketing systems. This launch marks Merge's fourth Unified API, complementing its existing HR, Payroll, ATS/Recruiting, and Accounting APIs, and is part of its broader mission to provide seamless and comprehensive integration solutions for companies like Ramp, TripActions, and Drata. Merge aims to simplify the development process by providing common data models, real-time data access, and a suite of developer tools, including SDKs in eight languages, making it an extensive platform for managing customer integrations efficiently.
