Integrating with MsDynamics

Trumpet, a SaaS company founded in 2021 and based in London, successfully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Membrane's SDK, overcoming the notorious complexity of the Microsoft Dynamics API. This integration allowed Trumpet to centralize buyer journeys, providing seamless transitions from initial outreach to deal closure within a digital sales room. The integration, led by Trumpet's Head of Engineering, Sam, was completed in just one week and enabled features such as partial match searches and note associations to opportunities in Dynamics. As a result, Trumpet gained new customers reliant on Dynamics integrations, enhancing their Q1 2024 revenue pipeline and reducing the time to market for future integrations. Trumpet plans to further expand its integration capabilities, starting with Microsoft SharePoint, leveraging the ease of use offered by Membrane's platform.
