Mapbox has released new high-resolution aerial imagery for six German states and three areas in Austria, providing details as fine as 20 cm per pixel, allowing viewers to clearly see features such as road markings, individual cars, and streetlights. The updated imagery was captured between 2018 and 2021 and covers the German federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saxony, as well as the Austrian cities of Vienna and Linz, and the state of Tyrol. The imagery, provided as digital orthophotos by the respective governments, is part of Mapbox's ongoing efforts to offer the most current and high-quality imagery available.
